DEADLINES

FEES for AUTHORS

At least one author, for each accepted paper, must register (passport or conference registration) and pay the registration fee within the last camera-ready deadline on 25 July 2022 (one registration-one paper policy).

The registration will open by the end of May. Follow TPDL2022 on twitter to keep posted

Do not forget to include the PAPER ID assigned to your paper on the registration form.

* Students must upload a proof of their student status in the registration form. Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students only. The student rate is not available for post-doctorates.

** Online-only registration is for non-speakers only. Speakers must register with a in person registration fee.

  • Morning and afternoon coffees as in the final program

CONFERENCE and STUDENT CONFERENCE registration fees include:
  • Access to all Conference Sessions
  • Possibility to present the accepted paper and publication of the paper in the Springer proceedings
  • Morning and afternoon coffees as in the final program from 21st September
  • All lunches as in the final program from 21st September
  • Welcome Reception on September 20, 2022
  • Social Dinner on September 21, 2022

WORKSHOPS registration fees include:
  • Access to the Workshop Sessions
  • Possibility to present the accepted paper and publication of the paper in the Ceur-Ws proceedings
  • Morning and afternoon coffees for September 20, 2022
  • Lunch for September 20, 2022

ONLINE-ONLY registration fees include:
  • Access to all Conference and Workshop Sessions

INVOICE

Registration Fees are in Euro and include 22% VAT. The invoice will be issued after the payment is received and mailed to your e-mail address in pdf format. If your payment is subject to the receipt of our invoice, please send a message to registration@sistemacongressi.com. Please make sure to type the correct invoice billing address! If a new invoice is requested with corrections on personal or company data, a handling fee of 25% of the invoice total will be withheld.


PAYMENTS

Fees must be paid in Euro (€) to Sistema Congressi by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal) or bank transfer. Xpay, the online payment system of Nexi (our payment platform) guarantees the security of the transaction. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you should complete the registration form first. Bank transfer details and instructions are included in the registration confirmation email. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrations will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.


CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an automatic registration confirmation from sistemacongressi@registerme.eu with the summary of the selected options. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam. If you do not receive this email, either your email was entered incorrectly or your registration is not complete. If this happens, please contact registration@sistemacongressi.com and do not re-register until further instructions.


CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

  • Online registration: No payment will be refunded.
  • In-person registration: The cancellation of the registration for personal reasons must be confirmed in writing before August 19, 2022 and accompanied by all personal bank information needed to proceed for the reimbursement. Registration fees will be reimbursed, less the amount of € 50,00 for organizational and administrative charges. No reimbursement will be possible in case of no-show or after this date. All reimbursements will be processed after the Conference.

FOR EMPLOYEES OF ITALIAN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ONLY - SOLO PER DIPENDENTI DELLA PUBBLICA AMMINISTRAZIONE ITALIANA

Nel caso in cui il partecipante richieda l’intestazione della fattura alla propria Pubblica Amministrazione, è necessario seguire la seguente procedura:

  1. Compilare il modulo on-line;
  2. Nella sezione dedicata ai dipendenti di enti pubblici, scegliere “split payment” oppure "esenzione iva” e completare la procedura on-line;
  3. Inviare a registration@sistemacongressi.com un’email o un "buono d'ordine" riportante il codice univoco che identifica la pubblica amministrazione pagante ed ogni altra informazione che la stessa pubblica amministrazione ritenga necessaria per facilitare l’identificazione del pagamento come da normativa della fatturazione elettronica.

IN MANCANZA DELLA DOCUMENTAZIONE RICHIESTA E SOPRA DESCRITTA NON POTRANNO ESSERE EMESSE FATTURE INTESTATE AD ENTI PUBBLICI; in questo caso il pagamento dovrà essere inclusivo di IVA e la fattura verrà intestata al partecipante.

I dipendenti della Pubblica Amministrazione che richiedono l’intestazione della fattura con i propri dati personali devono invece proseguire con la normale compilazione dei dati. In questo caso verrà applicata l’Iva.
